How to register your crew

Go to your form

Pre-registration reserves your crew's place. Registration is the full form, with every dancer's details. If this is your first time, follow the step-by-step guide below.

Dancer — price per competitor

• 1 category: €20
• 2 categories: €30
• 3 categories: €50

Prepare your crew's details

You'll need the following before filling in the form:

• Crew name and category.
• Name of the choreographer(s).
• Contact email and phone number.
• Academy's name, address and tax ID.
• City.
• Full names of the people holding a backstage pass (maximum two).
• Number of dancers in the crew.
• Details of every dancer in the crew (full name, date of birth, and whether they take part in other crews, and which ones).
• Official representative's full name and phone number.
• Instagram account.

The form also includes fields for awards obtained in the Master category over the last three years, the hotel name, and the total number of dancers from the school taking part.

Make the payment

Transfer the registration amount using the following details:

Submit the registration form

Complete the «Inscripciones MOD 2027» form:

• Enter the crew's and representative's details.
• Fill in the details of every dancer in the crew.
• Fill in every required field marked with an asterisk (*).
• Accept the data-processing consent.
• Solve the anti-spam code and submit the registration.

Prepare the authorisation forms

Download the authorisation that applies to each participant and complete it with the necessary signatures:

Send your music

Send the crew's music to music@modmallorca.com, in MP3 or WAV format and with excellent quality.

Penalties

Check in on event day

The crew's official representative must come to the registration desk with:

• Their original ID card.
• The participants' authorisation forms, completed and signed, following the organisation's delivery instructions.
